Accubid Pro 6 Help file – Updated for Power Substitution
The following file is an updated help file that includes information about the Power Substitution functions available in Accubid Pro 6. The help file that was installed with the Beta program does not include help for the Power Substitution feature. Download the new help file and replace the .CHM file at this location – "C:\Program Files\Accubid\Estimating 6\Accubid Pro\". You will be prompted to overwrite the existing file, choose Yes. You will then be able to view help files on the Power Substitution feature in Accubid Pro.

Accubid Traser link file - Required for Traser Updates
The following file is required in the program folder of your Estimating 6 Beta program to link with Traser to run updates on your database. Please download this file and place it in this location – C:\Program Files\Accubid\Estimating 6\Program Folder name. You will then be able to link properly to Traser to run updates on the Accubid database.

CSV File Format Excel Template & Database Screen Style
This file is for clients using the dbPricer or Price Update programs who want to send out a list of items from the database to their vendor for pricing. You can use the attached database screen style to sort the Item Database into the proper order. Then just copy and paste the data into the Excel template file attached. You then send this out to the vendor for pricing. With Database Manager Version 7 there is a new function called "Export for Supplier Pricing" which can also be used to automatically generate the Excel file to send to your supplier. For instructions on installing the database screen style or using the Export for Supplier Pricing in the Database Manager program, contact Product Support.

Estimating Version 4 to 5 Job and Database Conversion Utilities
These Utilities allow you to convert Estimating Version 4 jobs and databases to Version 5. To use these Utilities, click download below and run the self-extracting file which will extract its contents into C:\Program Files\Accubid\Convert version 4 Jobs & Databases. From this directory, you can run convertjf.exe to convert your jobs and convertdb.exe to convert your database. You have to make sure your jobs reside in C:\Program Files\Accubid Data\Jobdata, and your databases reside in C:\Program Files\Accubid Data\Databases for the conversion Utilities to find the Version 4 data. From the utility, check the jobs or databases you wish to convert and click on Convert. After successfully converting, the jobs can then be converted to version 6 by running your Estimating Version 6 conversion utility from Accubid >> 6 Utilities >> Job conversion 6. Version 5 databases are compatible with version 6 and do not require converting.
