Auto Count, and Then Some…
The Auto Count features also includes Auto Count Refine, which allows you to further refine and save search results, and continue with the remaining search results. This process is unique to LiveCount® and increases your takeoff accuracy exponentially. With this feature alone, senior estimators can leverage their time by leaving the counting to the junior estimators and then connecting the results to their bid or change order.
Plan Room Integration
Subscribers to online plan rooms can also connect directly from LiveCount to the projects on their preferred plan room. Rather than having to download new drawings every time they change, users can refresh their project files as the plan room updates occur, making the most recent bid drawings a click away.
Robust Drawing Import and Management
With LiveCount Pro's ability to handle large sets of drawings and poorly named files, contractors can significantly speed up the project creation. It allows for the easy review, rotation and naming of complex sets of drawings. Different versions of the same image can also be compared so as to identify where changes have taken place. Advance image processing allows users to rotate and scale the addendum or revision drawing and control what level of grayscale should be converted to black when converting PDF's to TIF, making the identification of elements such as walls easier to locate in a drawing compare.
