Accubid Systems releases Progress Billing, its new progress draw billing software

Accubid, A Division of Trimble, the leading North American supplier of PC-based cost estimating software for electrical, mechanical, and structured cabling/VDV contractors, has announced the release of a new software product – Progress Billing.

Progress Billing eliminates the tedious process of balancing your progress draw sheets by allowing you to quickly produce a “schedule of values” for any given project. You can then follow up with requisitions (progress invoices) that conform to and print using the AIA (American Institute of Architect) format. Retainage (holdback) billing is generated automatically producing the final project invoice.

Maximum flexibility

• Use as a requisition systems or an invoice system.
• Bill retainage at any time, and manually adjust the amount to bill.
• Set retainage rates for Work Completed and Materials Stored separately.
• Revise retainage percentage at any time for a project and assign each line a different retainage rate if necessary.
• Calculate from percentage (%) or dollar value ($) entries.
